She takes pride in calling herself a House-wife with multiple roles, Trained in Yoga from Bihar School of Yoga, Mongyr, a Disciple and student of Guru Nitya Chaitanya Yati since1992 & a Member of International Transactional Analysis Association – ITAA since1983;continues to serve on ITAA committees.
Mrs. Sudha Sundaram is an associate Trainer in Nitya Gurukula’s Training & Workshop sessions. She specializes in Coaching & Mentoring Adolescents & Adults. A Certified Tai Chi Instructor from Tai Chi for Health Institute, Australia, she handles networking with Institutions, Organizations & Service Industries for conducting Life Skills Training & Workshops.
N Damotharan Centenary Lifeline – ND Prana was launched on 7th January 2020 with the Vision Life & Living – Every Life Matters
Termed the ND ‘Lifeline’ and not ‘helpline’, to invite focus and attention on life and not merely on helping.
It is an attempt to add value to life through crisis interventions, suicide prevention, and fostering Mental Health.
ND Prana Lifeline,1800 20 300 50, is active country-wide between 09.30 am to 6:00 pm. ND Prana provides supportive care, direction and hope to callers.
The calls are attended by experienced and qualified Prana Guides. The Prana Guides are trained by Nitya Gurukula – NG, a People Work Institute having experience and expertise in People Work for nearly 4 decades. The information shared by Callers is kept confidential.
Since its inception, we have received more than 500 over the last 3 years. Prana Calls are received from all over the countryand prana Guides provides first aid counseling in Tamil, English, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.
The key issues involved are: Fear of COVID-19, Fear of Exams, Addiction, Financial crisis, Difficulty in decision making, Relationship Issues, Sleep disturbances, Confusion, Loneliness etc.
