NG CC culmination of NG People Work

NG CC is a culmination of 4 decades of NG People Work experiences with diverse populations ranging from 3 to 80 plus years. People Work, coined in Nitya Gurukula, NG, is working with, for and by people. Concepts, theories and models are in support of contractual and holistic working with people in counselling, training, workshops and supervision.
Thus, integrating & synthesizing academics, application and practice, Transactional Analysis TA, Tai Chi and Yoga are used to facilitate individuals, professionals, teams and organisations transform individually, professionally, collectively and socially.

Born, raised and educated in Coimbatore Mrs. Sashi Chandran is a People Worker with 30 plus years of work experience. She takes pride in calling herself a House-wife with multiple roles, Trained in Yoga from Bihar School of Yoga, Mongyr, a Disciple and student of Guru Nitya Chaitanya Yati since1992 & a Member of International Transactional Analysis Association – ITAA since1983;continues to serve on ITAA committees.

Ashwin Chandran is the Chairman & Managing Director of Precot Meridian Limited, Coimbatore. B.Sc. (Hons) in Textile Technology from UMIST, UK and an MBA from the University of Illinois, USA, Ashwin is the Chairman of the Southern Indian Mills Association and a member of the CITI Cotton Development and Research Association.

Mr. Prasanth Chandran

Prashanth Chandran was one of the founder members of The Entrepreneurs Organization, Coimbatore. An Engineering graduate from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, he started his career at TVS Motors. He later joined Precot Meridian and was responsible for setting up new projects including the shifting of an entire spinning mill from Philippines to India. He was responsible for setting up a technical textile unit at Hassan, Karnataka to manufacture Non-Woven health and hygiene care products and continues to build up the unit.

He is currently the Managing Director of Precot Meridian Limited, Coimbatore and holds a Directorship in the Indian Technical Textile Association, Mumbai.

Mrs. Sudha Sundaram

Chief Operating Officer, Nitya Gurukula

Mrs. Sudha Sundaram is an associate Trainer in Nitya Gurukula’s Training & Workshop sessions. She specializes in Coaching & Mentoring Adolescents & Adults. A Certified Tai Chi Instructor from Tai Chi for Health Institute, Australia, she handles networking with Institutions, Organizations & Service Industries for conducting Life Skills Training & Workshops.
